Reese here again, earlier this month I posted about the apartment building I was buying in Dekalb County, Georgia. Everything is going nicely and the closing is scheduled for August 9, 2008. I am very excited.

With Tim’s help, I lined up a great manager to watch over the property and I am lookinge very forward to being a remote apartment building owner. It is just 18 units but it is the first step on a path I know will lead to great things.

Yesterday, I joined the Field Guide for Investors too and will be reading from there for weeks!

I look forward to buying more commercial properties in the future and to a long and profitable ‘career’ as an investor.
