I Am So Tired Of Seeing “Sale” When They Mean “Sell”!

Yeah, okay, so on the surface it does seem rather petty of me to be concerned about this.

But, it is part of the reason the real estate investing community is looked down upon.

This morning I saw this title, “Need to Sale Fast?” on a forum. No, it was not an inadvertent confusion of the fingers. When you read the rest of their text, they really didn’t understand the difference between “sale” and “sell”. One is a noun (sale) and the other a verb.

You can’t sale a house; you can sail a boat; yeah, I know you can sell a boat too, verbs are cool that way.

They are not interchangeable and yes, people do notice.
