A weekend of looking at properties.

Tim suggested I spend the weekend looking at any and every property I could find for sale in my target area. He further suggested I not make an offer, no matter how tempted and that was the hardest part.

There are some great bargains in my area. At least I think they are bargains. I so wanted to jump in and buy a home I found selling about 10% under market. I think it would be a great rental and the current investor has just finished a full rebuild and it is leased.

However, I kept my promise and did not make an offer.

Tim and I are supposed to hookup tomorrow and talk about what I found. That means tonight after work, I have to get all of my notes organized to answer the questions I know are coming.

And today during lunch I am meeting with my banker to talk about a line of credit to use as bridge funding. They ran the numbers my credit income and stuff and said I qualify for a $75K line with conditions. We are going over those conditions during my lunch hour.
