I haven’t had much interest in the Casey Serin saga over the last few months but today I logged on to the CaseyHaterz site and caught up on the soap opera.

No, I’m not talking about the Casey soap opera, that ended long ago. I’m talking about the CaseyHaterz soap opera.

It’s like watching what I imagine someone goes through when suffering withdrawal from an addiction. Post after post laments about wanting to know what is going on with Casey. Is his wife really divorcing him? Yes. Is he blogging again? No, not at the moment but they have a betting pool running as to when he will start again. Etc, etc, etc.

Then they all got their little hearts a twitter when an email exchange between Casey and another blogger was made public. That little “nugget” as they called it was just enough to keep them on the edges of their seats waiting for more.

Then the never ending ruminations about his being punished for his crimes. There is a potentially funny one there now. It involves the IRS going after him because the funds he received from his fraudulent loans would be considered income when received. This is a great example of circle logic because, yes it would be if he were convicted of the fraud and since no one seems to have any interest in going after him for the fraud… well… you can see why I was chuckling as I read it.

The entertainment value is great and I have to drop by there on a more regular basis.
