Emails Like This Are Nice To Receive

I woke up this morning to a a bunch of email to scan through. That is not unusual but this email was. I have included the text without the signature.

Tim, thank you for putting me in touch with the Sub2 Brothers. They were able to help me get my recent investment fiasco straightened out. I can’t begin to tell you how many people I asked about my problem and none of them had specific help I could act on. What is more sad is some of these are big name gurus on the circuit and I am their customer or more accurately now a former customer. They offered generalities while the Sub2Bros gave me specifics. I offered to pay a consulting fee for their help but they refused. They made me understand the value of your field guide and I will be joining as soon as I get this deal put to bed. If they are an example of the people there, I definitely want to be part of it.

Also, I just finished reading you eBook the Psychology of the Deal and was astounded. It is so simple to see now but I am doing everything wrong in looking for sellers and tenant buyers. I see so much I need to change but at least now I know why I am struggling and how to fix it.

You will see me as a member at the field guide soon and I plan to tell my investing friends about your eBook. At least the ones I like and don’t compete with. hehehe

I am happy the Sub2Bros were able to help. They are a valuable resource at the Field Guide and I am constantly learning from them. But, that is the purpose of the Real Estate Investing Field Guide. All of the members there learn from each other in a comfortable and accountable environment. It is a great resource for serious investors and I am glad it looks like we have a new member on the horizon. But, it isn’t for everyone. For example, someone who wants the short cuts to quick riches don’t like the site and don’t stay long. But, that’s fine.

I am happiest that a serious investor who had a problem got it solved.
