MarketWatch Gets It - NAR and Their Chief Economist, David Lereah are Still Clueless About the Correction.

Unfortunately for David Lereah there is a permanent record of his dismal ability to understand what is happening with the housing market and MarketWatch is all too eager to point it out in an article titled Realtors’ economist stayed sunny all year.

I don’t understand why anyone expects the National Association of Realtors to not try to spin the market data in a positive direction. That would be like asking your stock broker to tell you to avoid buying stocks.
