New Year - New Focus - New Name For The Blog

The coming year shows a lot of promise on the investing front. Yes, the various bubbles are busting and/or deflating depending on where you are and if you were speculating instead of investing when the hype was at its peak, then well, you probably don’t share my optimism.

But, if you were really investing by using the fundamental financial principles that drive any market, then you are probably in good shape.

So, what is the new focus of this blog? To write about real estate investing based on the fundamentals. No hype, no rah rah you need to keep a positive attitude until you stumble upon a deal, no boot camps or high priced training seminars and materials. The focus here will be to point out and discuss real estate investing fundamentals and point you to quality information to help with your investing goals.

Another site I have, Real Estate Investing Tactics is going to focus on providing the best products and learning materials I can find. Some are free, some cost but I stand behind everything offered there and guarantee the value you receive far exceeds any price you are asked to pay. My standard money back guarantee is sixty days, no questions asked. That’s right, unlike some of the other sites out there, I don’t require you to prove that you tried anything. If you buy it and you want to return it you will get your money back with a smile and kind word.

I know most sites post testimonials from people who are satisfied with their offerings, but how many give those who return things the opportunity to tell their side of the story? I do.

So, in keeping with my new focus for this blog, I have renamed it.
